If you're an individual or small group looking to join up with others, look no further! We often have current groups who would like to retain their house for the following academic year but have spaces due to housemates going on placement or finishing their studies in Cardiff. November is our busiest time for 'matchmaking' our student groups, so make sure you contact us early to get the best choice of available properties.
If you are looking to join a group on a joint contract, please register your interest through our Contact Us page. It would help if you could give us some information about yourself (course & study year, interests etc), so we can try and match you with suitable houses and student groups with availability.
Please be aware that most of our groups are full-time students, if you are no longer in full-time education, then you may be liable for the Council Tax bill at the property (as full-time students are exempt). We often get asked if we can rent rooms individually on a separate contract, but unfortunately this is not something we can offer, we only sign our occupation contract on a joint basis.
Please ensure before enquiring that you are able to supply a UK-based Guarantor, who is over 25 and a UK property owner. If this is not possible then we request the 12 months of rent up front upon signing the contract to protect the other housemates and their Guarantors.
