Recommend-a-Friend!

Once again, we are running our "Recommend-a-Friend" scheme.  If you recommend a full group to us who go on to sign a contract for one of our houses for next year, we will make a one-off payment of £500 to you when they have completed signing the contract and the full deposit has been paid.  Or, if you'd prefer to support your favourite charity or university society, we will donate £500 directly to this good cause instead (& gift-aid it too!) This is a great way of encouraging your friends to rent high quality accommodation from us, while you or your good cause earn some cash!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only open to current Morgan Properties tenants & selected new tenants who have reserved a house by paying a holding deposit, pending signing of contract.
  2. Only one person can claim the payment.
  3. Groups and recommender must declare their interest prior to the viewing of the property. Claims for recommendation after group has viewed property will not be accepted.
  4. Payment to be made only after contract is signed by whole group, and payable only to selected new Morgan Properties tenants after their contract is finalised.
  5. Does not include your own group re-signing a new contract for existing or other Morgan Properties houses (unless more than 50% of your house is changing and you have found housemates to complete the group).
  6. Claimant must notify to whom payment is to be made, and whether it is for themselves or charitable cause / university society.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse making a donation to controversial charities. This is at our discretion.
  8. We reserve the right to withdraw or change the terms of this scheme at any time.
